HR Expertise Grounded in Psychology
People Solutions is led by Pepy Skodeli, an experienced Human Resources professional, with specialist expertise in sales recruitment, construction and engineering profiles, healthcare professionals, industry, legal departments, and financial leadership and investment roles — at both senior and entry level.
A graduate of the University of Athens Department of Psychology, with postgraduate studies in Greece and at King's College London, and an Executive MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She has built HR departments from the ground up, reviewed thousands of CVs, and conducted hundreds of hours of interviews across Greece and Cyprus — with a strong track record of successful placements, including in regional locations, and employee retention of over three years.
